Matthew Warren

Matthew is a Solicitor working within the Employment team.

Matthew provides contentious and non-contentious advice to a range of our clients. Whilst qualifying through the CILEx route, Matthew gained extensive experience in litigation, including on several complex matters such as discrimination, whistleblowing and employment status. Matthew has extensive experience in negotiating settlements, including exit packages for high level employees and the Tribunal process. Matthew also has experience in contract, policy and settlement agreement drafting, alongside providing employment law support on commercial transactions.

Additionally, Matthew is an active member of the Employment Lawyers Association and recently took part in the ELA Response to Low Pay Commission: Consultation in April 2022 - National Minimum Wage Rates.

Outside of work Matthew enjoys a range of sports such as football and cricket.
