Philip Mole

Philip is an associate in the Corporate team.

He advises international and domestic clients on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity investments, joint ventures and corporate group restructuring. Philip has a particular interest in the emerging markets and in impact investing.

He is a member of the Whittington Committee of The City of London Solicitors' Company.

Outside of work, Philip enjoys hiking having previously completed Wainwright's Coast to Coast Walk and a trek in the Pyrenees in Spain.
