Richard is a Partner in the Real Estate Team and brings vast experience in working with private and public sector clients, helping them to resource and manage their legal work and resources efficiently. He specialises in corporate occupier, infrastructure and development work and has particular expertise in managing large property portfolios and handling complex transactions/restructurings and refinancing.

Richard's experience and interests include strategic land, sustainable development and future mobility. In the transport sector, Richard has experience undertaking policy advisory work and his background includes sitting on industry working groups. He is recognised in Chambers and Legal 500 for his practice in real estate and local government infrastructure.
