Stephen Morse

Stephen is a Partner in the Corporate team specialising in mergers & acquisitions, restructurings and private equity, acting for a range of SMEs, banks, private equity houses and SME shareholders.

Top Ranked in Chambers 2021, and a member of the Legal 500 Hall of Fame, Stephen is renowned for his commercial approach and his ability to cut through issues to get a deal done, and is active across all of our key sectors.

He was Head of the Business Group at Michelmores for many years and has been a key contributor to the growth of the Firm’s reputation for delivering City quality corporate finance work.

Stephen has represented Exeter Chiefs for over 20 years, recently working on a bond issue and leading the development and construction of a Marriott hotel at Sandy Park, scheduled to open in early 2022.

He has also represented DSM, Foresight Williams, Mobeus, Committed Capital and Salcombe Brewery on recent transactions.
