Alex Galik

Alex Galik is a seasoned talent acquisition professional currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Michels Corporation since January 2025. Prior to this role, Alex developed expertise in technical recruiting within the utilities and infrastructure sectors while working at Sterling Engineering from June 2017 to December 2024, holding positions as Technical Recruiter and Recruiting Coordinator. Alex began the journey at Sterling Engineering in May 2015 as a Technical Researcher and returned to the same position briefly in June 2016. The educational foundation was established at Judson University, where Alex completed studies from 2013 to 2017.
