Wayne Finger

Wayne Finger is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience across various sectors, including energy and oilfield services. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Saulsbury since June 2023, Wayne has previously held significant roles, including President of People & Organization at Wood, where responsibilities included developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives. Previous positions also include Human Resources Director at Oxy and Anadarko Petroleum Corporation, focusing on international operations and HR strategy execution. Additional roles at Schlumberger highlighted Wayne's leadership in corporate engagement, HR integration, and global talent management.
