Jamie Crouse

Jamie Mielke is the Vice President of Human Resources at Michels Corporation, a position held since December 2023. Mielke also serves as an HR Committee Board Member at Lourdes Academy of Oshkosh, WI, and as a Board Member for the Oshkosh Community YMCA, both since January 2022 and January 2021 respectively. Previous roles include Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Director of Human Resources at Plexus Corp. from November 2009 to November 2023, and DEI Council Member with Women in Electronics from June 2022 to June 2023. Early career experience includes recruiting roles at IQ Resource Group, TRAK Legal, and Aerotek. Mielke holds an MBA in Business and Human Resources from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay.
