Stephanie Watson

Stephanie Watson, MSW, is an experienced social worker and therapist currently employed at Michiana Behavioral Health since August 2021. In addition to this role, Stephanie has been serving as a Foster Care Treatment Coordinator II with the National Youth Advocate Program (NYAP) since May 2018. Prior positions include Youth Care Specialist at Bashor Children's Home from June 2014 to March 2021 and Therapeutic Support Specialist at Benchmark Family Services from June 2015 to May 2018, where Stephanie focused on supporting at-risk youth. Stephanie began their career by assisting children in improving their reading skills with the Indiana Reading Corps through Manchester University from August 2010 to May 2014. Education includes a Master of Social Work from Indiana University South Bend (2018-2021) and a Bachelor of Science in Education/Social Work/Gerontology from Manchester University (2010-2014). An Academic Honors Graduate from Elkhart Central High School (2006-2010), Stephanie is dedicated to advocating for the well-being and development of children.
