Jan-Willem Schuurman

Jan-Willem Schuurman has extensive experience in human resources and coaching, with a focus on supporting individuals with AD(H)D and autism. Currently serving as Medewerker P&O - Coördinator Medewerkersinfopunt at Martini Ziekenhuis since January 2023, previous roles include Coach for adults with AD(H)D and ASS at Ordevos, and Owner/Coach at Schuurman Begeleiding en Coaching. Jan-Willem has also worked as a Mobiliteitscoach, Werkcoach, and Jobcoach across various organizations, including USG Restart and Quality Coaching. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Work, Organization, and Personnel Psychology and a Master's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resource Management, both from the University of Groningen.
