Tom Judd

Tom Judd currently serves as the Executive Director and President of the Michigan Brain Injury Provider Council (MBIPC) since September 2020 and is the Chief Executive Officer of Mission Matters Consulting, LLC, since July 2022. At Mission Matters Consulting, services focus on empowerment through mission and vision development, strategic planning, and public policy advocacy, tailored to individual client needs. Previously, Tom Judd was a Medical Rehabilitation Surveyor at CARF International from August 2013 to February 2024 and held the positions of Director of Quality Assurance and Service Manager at the Origami Brain Injury Rehabilitation Center from August 2007 to July 2022. Tom Judd earned a Master of Social Work with a focus on Organizational and Community Practice from Michigan State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Theory & Constitutional Democracy from Michigan State University - James Madison College. Early education was completed at Farmington Hills Harrison High School.
