Carolina Pluszczynski

Carolina Pluszczynski started working at Michigan Central in 2022 as the Chief Operating Officer & Head of Innovation Services. Prior to that, Carolina held various roles at Ford Motor Company. These roles included Chief Operating Officer of Michigan Central, Michigan Central Mobility Innovation District Development Director, Corporate Transformation Manager, Chief of Staff to the President of Mobility, IT Organizational Change Management & Communications Manager, Manufacturing IT Portfolio Manager and Program Manager, Parts Supply & Logistics Systems Renewal SAP Testing Manager, and CAD CAM CAE Global Software Integration/Release Manager. Carolina has been with Ford Motor Company since 1999.

Carolina Pluszczynski holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Language and Literature with a minor in Communications & Business from the University of Michigan-Dearborn.
