Amanda Toy, CMP, CTA, currently serves as the Vice President of Membership and Partnerships at the Michigan Chamber of Commerce since August 2020, where responsibilities include strategic corporate partnerships. Amanda has also been a keynote speaker since 2015, delivering motivational workshops on topics such as personal branding and design thinking. Prior roles include Vice President of Membership and Operations at the Michigan Restaurant & Lodging Association and Director of Sales at the Greater Lansing Convention & Visitors Bureau. With a degree in Hospitality Business from Michigan State University, Amanda's background includes various sales management positions at notable hotels, emphasizing collaboration and empowering team growth.

The Michigan Chamber of Commerce is a statewide business organization representing over 5,000 employers, trade associations and local chambers of commerce. The Michigan Chamber represents businesses of every size and type in all 83 counties of the state. The Michigan Chamber was established in 1959 to be an advocate for Michigan’s job providers in the legislative, political and legal process. It is one of only six state chambers of commerce in the nation accredited by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and one of only four state chambers accredited with distinction. The Michigan Chamber has been voted the most effective membership lobbying in the Lansing for the last 16 years running.
