Yana Humeniuk

Yana Humeniuk is a Partnership Officer at People in Need, a Czech humanitarian organization focused on addressing the humanitarian crisis in Ukraine, where responsibilities include capacity building for local civil society organizations and coordinating training activities. Previously, Yana served as a Project Assistant at the NGO International Leadership and Development Center, overseeing training initiatives for social workers and families. Yana also held the position of Recruitment Researcher at Miratech, engaging in talent acquisition for IT roles, and served as an Online Coach and Mentor at Teenergizer, leading online training sessions for teenagers. Yana holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy and is an alumna of the Future Leaders Exchange Program in the USA.
