Sharon Arndt

Sharon Arndt has extensive experience in the field of education, currently serving as a 1st-3rd Looping Teacher at Michigan City Area Schools since August 2008. Initially joining the school corporation as an early childhood teacher, Sharon contributed to a program that provided free preschool education to local children, supporting early intervention efforts. Key responsibilities include daily lesson planning, tracking student progress in reading and math, maintaining parental communication, and leading initiatives to enhance school culture. Prior to this role, Sharon worked as a Teacher and Title I Coordinator at Charter School Of The Dunes from June 2003 to May 2008. Sharon holds a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Concordia University, River Forest, Illinois, earned from 1990 to 1996.
