Strategy and Innovation

The Strategy and Innovation Team at Michigan College Access Network (MCAN) drives the organization’s mission by developing and implementing innovative strategies to enhance college readiness, participation, and completion rates, especially among low-income, first-generation, and students of color. This team collaborates with community partners, leverages data-driven insights, and mobilizes statewide efforts to achieve the goal of increasing Michigan's postsecondary education attainment to 60 percent by 2030. Their multifaceted approach ensures that all students in Michigan have equitable access to valuable postsecondary credentials.
