Jaclyn Wallace

Jaclyn Wallace, MBA, currently serves as Business Strategy Manager at the Michigan Economic Development Corporation since May 2021. Previously, Jaclyn worked at the Michigan Department of Health & Human Services, focusing on IT services and supervising a smart device program, which led to a recovery of $500,000 in expenditures. Prior to that role, Jaclyn was part of the State of Michigan Department of Technology, Management and Budget, where system testing enhancements were implemented to minimize database errors. Jaclyn's extensive experience from Sprint included roles as Project/Program Manager, Wireless Field Implementation Manager, and Wireless Service Technician, where leadership and operational performance improvement were key focuses. Jaclyn holds an MBA in Data & Analytics and a BBA in Business Administration, Management and Operations, both from Cleary University.
