Ryan Michael

Ryan Michael is a seasoned professional in economic development and mobility, currently serving as Senior Executive at the Michigan Economic Development Corporation since January 2013. In this role, Ryan collaborates with key stakeholders to enhance Michigan's mobility and electrification ecosystem while managing the operations of the Office of Future Mobility and Electrification. Previous positions include Vice President of Growth and Development, Director of Pure Michigan Business Connect, and various management roles focused on business retention and supplier relations. Ryan's experience also includes program management at the Detroit Regional Chamber and the Southwest Detroit Business Association. Ryan holds a Master of Urban Planning and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science, both from the University of Michigan.
