Rebecca Lamper

Rebecca Lamper currently serves as a Chief Member at Chief, the largest network of senior executive women, since January 2024. With a strong background in the financial services industry, Rebecca has been the Assistant Vice President of Western Branch Operations at Michigan First Credit Union since February 2020. Prior experience includes roles as Member Center Manager and District Manager at Community Choice Credit Union (2015 - February 2020), Assistant Vice President at First Community Bank (2011 - 2015), Financial Center Manager - Assistant Vice President at Fifth Third Bank (2008 - 2011), and Bank Manager Vice President at National City Bank (1992 - 2008). Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Western Michigan University and graduated from the Leadership Program at West Coast Chamber of Commerce.
