Molly Huffaker is a legal professional with extensive experience in immigrant rights and advocacy. Currently serving as Supervising Attorney and previously as Staff Attorney at the Michigan Immigrant Rights Center since May 2021, Molly has also held positions such as Complainants' Advisor at Cornell University and Executive Editor of the Cornell Law Review. Additional roles include a Legal Intern at the Rhode Island Attorney General's Office and Law Clerk at the East Bay Community Law Center. Prior legal experience includes an internship with Legal Assistance Of Western New York, Inc., along with research and advocacy roles at Boston Medical Center and Planned Parenthood of Northern New England. Molly earned a Juris Doctor from Cornell Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and French from Bates College.
