Scott Hiipakka

Scott Hiipakka serves as the CEO of the Michigan Israel Business Accelerator, focusing on international trade and economic development to enhance prosperity in Michigan through partnerships with Israel. In a concurrent role, Scott holds the position of Commanding General for the 46th Military Police Command, overseeing training and readiness for a two-star headquarters. Previous military roles include Commanding General of Joint Task Force Guantanamo and various leadership positions in the Army National Guard, contributing significantly to training and strategic operations. Scott's civilian experience encompasses executive leadership roles in state government, including Executive Director of the Office of Performance & Transformation, and notable positions in business development within the private sector.
