Kathy French

Kathy French has significant experience in housing development and program management, currently serving as a Project Based Voucher Specialist and Supportive Housing Specialist at SOM/Michigan State Housing Development Authority since June 2008. Prior to this role, Kathy worked as an Asset Manager/MOR Specialist at the Michigan State Housing Development Authority from June 2000 to June 2008, and as a Program Analyst focusing on the Single Family/Property Improvement Program from May 1999 to 2002. Kathy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Community Development/Public Administration from Central Michigan University and has an educational background that includes Alpena High School and Alpena Community College.
