Shontae Tolliver

Shontae Tolliver is an experienced UX/Usability Analyst currently working at Michigan Lottery since May 2013, where responsibilities include conducting usability testing and improving user experience. Prior to this role, Shontae served as a Graphic Designer at MSU Radiology from January 2010 to May 2013. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Studio Arts with a concentration in Graphic Design and Ceramic Arts, and a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design, both obtained from Michigan State University. Additionally, Shontae completed a User Experience and Customer-Centered Design Certificate, along with a certificate in User-Experience and Customer-Centered Design from California State University, Fullerton.
