Caitlin Hartman, MSA, has extensive experience in residential services and healthcare management, currently serving as the Residential Services Manager at Masonic Pathways since January 2017. In this role, Caitlin participates in budget reviews, manages staffing schedules, and oversees compliance with policies related to employee scheduling and HIPAA regulations. Previous roles include Resident Care Coordinator and Wellness Assistant, where responsibilities encompassed medication administration and resident support. Caitlin has also worked as an Enrollment Coordinator at Career Quest Learning Centers, Inc., managing admissions and financial aid processes, and as a Cashier Supervisor at Menards, overseeing cashier operations and staff training. Caitlin holds a Master of Science in Health Services Administration and a Bachelor of Applied Arts in Health Administration and Psychology from Central Michigan University.

Founded in 1891 in East Grand Rapids, Michigan, Masonic Pathways Senior Living Services relocated to Alma and opened to residents in 1911. Since then the staff and residents of Masonic Pathways have been active members of Gratiot County’s vibrant community.
