Lucas Alonso

Lucas Alonso currently serves as a Public Sector Financial Services Intern at Guidehouse, starting in June 2024. Additionally, Lucas engages in various research and consulting roles, including Trade and Economy Researcher at the Michigan Foreign Policy Council and Consultant at Michigan Political Consulting since January 2023. Lucas has been involved with The Alexander Hamilton Society as a Policy Analyst and contributes to the Hamiltonian Statecraft Journal as a Contributing Writer since September 2021. Past experience includes a Government Affairs Intern position at Rocket Central from May to August 2023. Lucas is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and International Studies at the University of Michigan, expected to graduate in 2025, and will also study abroad with IES from January to May 2024. Prior education includes a High School Diploma from Massapequa High School.
