Hima Kolanagireddy

Hima Kolanagireddy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and management roles across various organizations. Currently serving as President & CEO of Ascii Group, LLC since April 2011, Hima has also taken on significant political responsibilities as RNC National Committeewoman and as a member of the Republican National Committee since March 2024. Involvement with the Michigan Republican Party includes roles such as Executive Committee Member and Chairwoman of the 6th Congressional District Republican Committee. Hima is an active member of YPO and serves as Managing Director on the CPAC Board with ITServe Alliance. Previous experience includes positions at Trinity Consulting, Miracle Software Systems, and Softech Solutions. Hima holds a Master’s in Business Administration with a concentration in HR from Osmania University and a DST from CMC Limited.
