Dan Brock

Daniel Brock is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in intellectual property and patent law. Currently serving as Senior IP Counsel at Aptiv since June 2022, Daniel maintains leadership roles within the Michigan Rowing Association, including President, Secretary, and Board Member. Prior experience includes positions at Charles Schwab and TD Ameritrade, where responsibilities encompassed legal counsel focused on digital innovation and patents. Early in the career, Daniel held roles as a Patent Attorney at Lorenz & Kopf, LLP and Gifford Krass, as well as a Consumer Products Developer at Perceptron. Daniel holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Wayne State University Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
