Wes Vear

Wes Vear currently serves as a MD Fellow at McKinsey & Company, a position held since March 2023. Vear has been involved with the Michigan Rowing Association since July 2016, fulfilling the roles of Vice President and Secretary. Prior experience includes serving as a Professional Athlete at Craftsbury Outdoor Center from March 2016 to March 2020, and working as a Server at Donckers from August 2008 to August 2013. Vear holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Honors Chemistry from the University of Michigan, completed in April 2016, and is pursuing a Doctor of Medicine degree at Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons from 2020 to 2026.
