Annette Lebaron

Annette LeBaron, SPHR, currently serves as a State Senator for the State of Michigan since April 2024. Prior experience includes the role of Talent Manager at NSK, focusing on succession planning, talent management, and employee development from September 2020 to April 2024. Annette's tenure at Meritor spans from June 2015 to May 2020, where responsibilities included serving as HR Business Partner and overseeing global talent management and succession planning processes. Earlier experience features HR Business Partner roles at NORMA Group, managing HR functions for manufacturing operations, and various HR positions at General Motors, including Human Resource Lead and Compensation Consultant. Annette holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Madonna University and a Master of Arts in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix.
