Donna Sparks

Donna Sparks is a Business Intelligence Analyst at the State of Michigan, a position held since August 2022. Prior to this role, Donna served as an Accountant at the Michigan Department of Transportation from December 2017 to August 2022 and as the Agency Deployment Liaison for Project Sigma at the Michigan Department of Technology, Management and Budget from April 2016 to November 2017. Donna has been a volunteer troop leader with Girl Scouts Heart of Michigan since September 2014, demonstrating skills in CPR, first aid, troop management, trip planning, grade level leadership, and outdoor skills. Early professional experience includes a role as a Corps Member with City Year in 2006. Donna holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Minnesota and an Associate's Degree in Food Service Management from Northern Michigan University.
