David Zuleski Ciso

Chief Information Security Officer - VP Foundational Technology at MSU Federal Credit Union

David Zuleski has extensive work experience in information security and technology. David is currently serving as the Chief Information Security Officer and VP Foundational Technology at MSU Federal Credit Union since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Dart Container from 2016 to 2022, where they held the position of Senior Manager Information Security. In this role, they were responsible for developing a security program, establishing a security control framework, and leading a cybersecurity operations team. Before Dart Container, David worked at Allegiance Health for over 20 years in various roles, including Information Security Officer, Network Specialist, and Microbiology Tech. David played a key role in setting the information security roadmap, developing a risk assessment methodology, and ensuring IT security and compliance at Allegiance Health.

David Zuleski CISO completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Physiology from Michigan State University, where they studied from 1991 to 1996. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career. David became a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) in May 2012 through (ISC)². Furthermore, they completed the ITIL foundations v3 certification from ITIL Certified in May 2012. More recently, in March 2017, they received certifications in EU General Data Protection Regulation Foundation (EU GDPR F) and EU General Data Protection Regulation Practitioner (EU GDPR P) from IBITGQ.
