Ethan Hemer

Ethan Hemer is an experienced development professional currently serving as the Director of Development - Director of Major Gifts at Michigan State University since June 2022, having previously held the position of Associate Director of Development. Prior to this role, Ethan worked at Marian University Indianapolis from August 2016 to June 2022, fulfilling various positions including Assistant Athletic Director for External Development, Athletic Development Officer, and Assistant Director of Stewardship and Annual Giving. Ethan briefly served as an Administrative Assistant in the Office of Institutional Advancement at Martin University in 2016 and as the Executive Assistant to the Regional Director at the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. Earlier in his career, Ethan played professional football for the Pittsburgh Steelers from April 2014 to September 2015.
