Qiana Green Sifeku

Qiana Green Sifeku, Ph.D., serves as the Director of Leadership and Professional Development Initiatives at Michigan State University since November 2017, focusing on university advising and undergraduate education. Previous roles include Deputy Director for Advising and Neighborhood Director within the Neighborhood Student Success Collaborative, as well as Assistant Director of Residence Education. Prior experience at Michigan State University also includes a Graduate Assistantship in the Institute for Research on Teaching & Learning, where project management and funding support for doctoral students were key responsibilities.
