Sharmila Jain

Sharmila Jain has extensive experience in information systems and business intelligence, currently serving as Senior Director at Michigan State University since April 2009, where responsibilities include managing IT departments and implementing Agile methodologies. Prior to this, Sharmila founded eStrategy Consulting Services, offering business development solutions, and worked on significant projects with the Michigan Department of Transportation, including the successful implementation of the Safety Analyst product and traffic safety systems. Experience also includes roles at Xerox as a Middle Tier Architect, Hewlett Packard Enterprise as Team Lead on the SafeStat project, and Computer Associates as a Software Consultant, alongside an early position as a QA Engineer at Musical Fidelity Co. Sharmila holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Raipur.
