Trevor Barnes

Trevor Barnes is a seasoned web development professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as the Lead Web Developer for Communications and Brand Strategy at Michigan State University since December 2002, Trevor has been instrumental in managing high-profile institutional websites and advancing modern web development practices. Additionally, as the Lead Web Developer/Web Strategist at Information Technology Services, leadership and technical expertise were provided for numerous website projects during a tenure of over a decade. Trevor co-founded SpartanTailgate, LLC, an independent Michigan State fan site, and previously led web development efforts in the travel industry as a web designer at Polyphasic. Early career accomplishments include spearheading the inaugural athletics department website for MSU and completing a web internship at the Gannett Company. Trevor holds a BA in Telecommunications from Michigan State University, earned in 2000.
