Monte Ackerman

Monte Ackerman is an accomplished engineering and operations leader with extensive experience in various industries, including sugar, dietary supplements, and agriculture. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering & Maintenance at Michigan Sugar Company, Monte focuses on operational excellence and reliability improvements. Previous roles include Director of Engineering at Amerilab Technologies, Safety Director at Red River Commodities Inc, and VP of Operations Risk Management at Pipeline Foods, where Monte developed integrated risk management systems. Monte holds a Master of Business Administration from Baker University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota, as well as specialized training in nuclear power operations.
