Adam Thompson

Adam Thompson is an experienced IT professional currently serving as an IT Application Specialist at Michigan Virtual since March 2013. Prior to this role, Adam held multiple positions at IT Right, including Call Center Manager and Hosted Services Manager, from August 2009 to March 2013. At Arialink from 2001 to 2009, Adam progressed from Field Services Supervisor to Technical Services Supervisor, contributing to the company's transition into a full-fledged ISP while also recruiting and training call center staff. Earlier in their career, Adam worked as a Network Technician at Control Room Technologies from May 2000 to December 2001, where responsibilities included server farm maintenance and designing a cable plant. Adam holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Lake Superior State University and completed Dale Carnegie training in 2016.
