Matthew Percy

Matthew Percy is an experienced IT professional and public servant with a diverse background in technology and local governance. Currently serving as a Senior Application Specialist at RBC Wealth Management since June 2020, Matthew focuses on resolving issues with the Account Opening System and enhancing related technology solutions. As a Senior Business Analyst and Council Member for the City of Circle Pines since January 2011, Matthew represents the interests of 5,000 citizens, managing budgets and local ordinances. Previously, as IT Team Lead at Cetera Financial Group, Matthew led teams to improve various securities business units. Matthew's extensive experience in IT also includes roles at ING Advisors Network and a foundational background in credit underwriting. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Economics from the University of Minnesota Morris.
