Andrea Kistler serves as the Mentor Support Manager at Michigan Virtual, where the focus is on supporting and training the mentor network both statewide and nationally to enhance online student experiences. Kistler has a diverse background in education, having held roles such as Senior Student Programming Specialist, High School Spanish Teacher at Mt. Pleasant Senior High School, and German and Spanish Teacher at Gladwin High School. Additional experience includes serving as an Adjunct Instructor at Delta College and teaching vocational skills to at-risk youth at Mid Michigan Industries. Kistler holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Arts in Educational/Instructional Technology from the University of Michigan-Dearborn and a Master of Science in International Relations and Affairs from Troy University, along with a Bachelor of Arts in German, Spanish, and Marketing from Central Michigan University.
