Carol Grainger has extensive experience in business consulting and training development, currently serving as a Global Collaboration Business Consultant and Manager at Michigan Virtual since January 2001. Grainger has also worked as a Training Development Consultant for Creative Learning Links, LLC, focusing on professional development and writing online training materials since November 2005.
