Sarah Lemarié has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. Sarah began their career as a Software Engineer at ArsDigita, where they developed websites and managed interns. Sarah then joined Sony Computer Entertainment Europe, where they served as an Academia Liaison, Manager of SCEE R&D, and a Linux for PlayStation 2 Evangelist. In these roles, they focused on supporting PlayStation licensees, establishing collaborations with universities, and providing training on PlayStation products. Sarah also worked at Sheffield Hallam University and the University of Abertay Dundee as an External Examiner. Sarah later joined Sony Network Entertainment International as a Senior Program Manager and eventually became the Director of Program Management at PlayStation. Currently, Sarah holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at Mickaboo Companion Bird Rescue and recently became the Chief Executive Officer. Additionally, they have experience as a Music Transcriber, particularly for piano compositions.

Sarah Lemarié attended Imperial College London from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained an MEng degree in Software Engineering.

Mickaboo Companion Bird Rescue

We are Northern California's largest pet parrot rescue organization, helping 900-1000 birds annually. by rescuing, rehabilitating, and re-homing. Founded in 1996, most of our volunteers and foster birds live in the San Francisco Bay Area and Sacramento Valley. Our goals are: - To ensure that birds in our care will have a safe, loving environment for life. - To educate bird owners on the most current standard of care, so that the medical, emotional, and dietary needs of their birds will be met.
