Micke Alm

Micke Alm is a seasoned product designer and UX professional with extensive experience in leading design and product strategies across various organizations. Currently serving as a Freelance Product Designer at Micke Alm Consulting since January 2025, Micke supports startups and growing companies through UX reviews and design insights. Previously, as Head of Product & Design at Steven AB, Micke managed a cross-functional team and oversaw the user experience for both the Steven app and the Xoala digital banking product. Notable roles include building the UX function at Steven, modernizing systems at Stabelo, and enhancing digital banking products at SEB Kort. Additionally, Micke has held various positions in design and front-end development at companies such as Transfer Galaxy, Mindler AB, Mr Green, Episerver, and Locomotiv, demonstrating a strong ability to improve user experiences and drive product success. Education includes ongoing studies at the Interaction Design Foundation and MRG Academy since 2018.
