Heather Miller

Heather Miller has over 17 years of experience in various human resources roles. Heather is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at Mickey Truck Bodies, where they oversee the HR department. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Human Resources and Human Resources Manager at Mickey Truck Bodies. Heather has also held positions at HR Association of Greater High Point, Hayward Holdings, Inc., TriMark USA, JD Contractors, LLC, Bethany Medical Center, and Cranbrook Primary Care, where they gained experience in HR management, payroll, safety management, and office management. Heather is a highly experienced and knowledgeable HR professional with a focus on strategic HR planning and management.

Heather Miller, MSHRM, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Southern New Hampshire University. Heather also holds a Masters of Science degree in Human Resources Management from the same institution. Heather has obtained various certifications related to talent acquisition, diversity and inclusion, and cultural sensitivity, including the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certifications. Heather has also completed several courses on communicating across cultures, confronting bias, and promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Additionally, Heather has received certificates in Getting Talent Back to Work and Employing Abilities @work, demonstrating their commitment to supporting inclusivity and individuals with diverse backgrounds.
