Dirk Waltert

Dirk Waltert has a diverse work experience in the automotive industry. Dirk started their career at ESG Automotive as a Diagnosetechniker from 2000 to 2002. Dirk then joined Adam Opel as an Entwicklungsingenieur Diagnose Alternative Antriebe from 2002 to 2008. Following this, they worked at GIGATRONIK where they held various roles including Diagnostics Responsible, Leitung Diagnose, Systemintegration, Test und Absicherung, and Abteilungsleitung Systemintegration und Erprobung from 2008 to 2016. Most recently, they have been working at IAV GmbH as a Projektleiter from 2016 to 2019. Currently, Dirk is the Head of Hardware-in-the-Loop (HiL) Project at MicroNova. Throughout their career, Dirk has gained experience in areas such as project management, system integration, diagnostics, test, and automation.

Dirk Waltert's education history includes attending Berufsbildende Schule Ingelheim from 1990 to 1993, where they obtained a degree in Kraftfahrzeugmechaniker through a vocational training program. Dirk later attended Berufsbildende Schule Bad-Dürkheim from 1996 to 2000, earning a degree as a staatlich geprüfter KFZ-Techniker with a specialization in Diagnosetechnik.
