Susan Randhawa

Susan Randhawa, MS-HCA, is an experienced healthcare professional with a robust background in administration and program coordination. Currently serving in an administrative role at Micro Paradox since July 2020, Susan previously held the position of Continuing Medical Education Program Coordinator at Kaiser Permanente, where responsibilities included curriculum development, educational needs analysis, and maintaining a web-based learning system. Prior to that, Susan worked as a Project Coordinator at Sutter Health, focusing on project management, communication among stakeholders, and supporting the Choosing Wisely campaign. Susan's earlier roles included serving as a Physical Therapy Aide and a Laboratory Assistant at UC Davis. Susan holds a Master of Science in Health Care Administration from California State University - East Bay and a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from the University of California, Davis.
