Amy Wilder

Amy Wilder has worked in the IT industry since 1997. In 2014, they began working as a Service Delivery Manager at Micro Strategies Inc. and later took on the role of Solution Architect, providing Power Systems technical sales support to Delaware Valley customers, developing and growing client relationships, and increasing customer satisfaction and sales revenue. Prior to that, they worked at IBM from 1998-2014, first as a Power Client Technical Specialist providing technical sale support for customers, designing complex architecture solutions, and having 10 years experience with AIX, Power hardware, and Power Virtualization. Amy also worked as an S390 FTSS, providing on site technical support of zSeries during application development, developing and maintaining relationships with customers, and addressing technical concerns of a solution. In 1997, they worked as a Summer Intern in Sales Distribution Associates (SDA) Services at Pepperidge Farm.

Amy Wilder obtained a Bachelor's of Science in Mathematics from Clarkson University between 1994 and 1998. Amy also obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Mathematics from Clarkson University between 1994 and 1998. Additionally, they obtained a POWER8 Scale-out Technical Sale Skills V1 certification from IBM.
