Andre Garcia

Andre Garcia has over 13 years of professional experience in the IT industry. In 2008, they began their career as an IT Help Desk Technician at Stryker Orthopaedics and was quickly promoted to Desktop Support Specialist. Later that year, they moved to Dale Computer Services as a Lead IT Support Specialist. In 2011, Andre joined Amelia, an IPsoft Company as an IT Service Desk Engineer, Level 3 and was promoted to IT Service Technical Lead, IT Service Desk Supervisor, and then IT Service Desk Manager. In 2021, Andre was recruited by HOCS Consulting Inc. as the Director of IT Managed Services, Professional Services, and Project Management (PMO) departments. Currently, they are a Solutions Architect at Micro Strategies Inc.
