Daryl Baker

Daryl Baker has extensive work experience in the software industry. Daryl is currently the Director of Software Solutions at Micro Strategies Inc., a position they have held since 2023. Prior to this, Daryl worked at TD SYNNEX from 2019 to 2023, where they served as the Sr. Mgr. Analytics & IoT (BSP Software). In this role, they were responsible for the sales and software development of the BSP Software organization, focusing on increasing revenue through direct sales and partner relationships.

Before TD SYNNEX, Daryl worked at Tech Data from 2015 to 2019, starting as the Senior Account Relationship Rep. and later becoming the Mgr. Regional Delivery. In these roles, they managed support and QA teams, built strong customer relationships, and played a key role in revenue growth through new and existing customers. Daryl also had a brief stint at Avnet BSP Software in 2014 as the Interim Global Channel Manager, managing channel enablement and sales through the channel.

Prior to Avnet BSP Software, Daryl worked at Avnet BSP Software from 2012 to 2015 as the Customer Support & QA Manager. Daryl successfully implemented systems to improve visibility and organize operations, including a ticket management system and a Kanban process. Earlier in their career, Daryl was a Quality Control Analyst at BSP Software LLC from 2009 to 2012, where they managed test cycles, handled product documentation, and led a Customer Advisory Board.

Daryl's career began in 2008 as a Consultant at BrightStar Partners, where they used Cognos Enterprise Planning to assist clients in improving their reporting capabilities for business intelligence initiatives. Throughout their career, Daryl has demonstrated strong leadership skills, a focus on revenue growth, and a commitment to customer success.

Daryl Baker's education history begins with their attendance at Northern Illinois University from 2006 to 2008. Daryl earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Operation Management and Informations Systems during this time. After a break, they resumed their education in 2014 and attended the University of St. Francis until 2017. Here, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Business Administration, Management, and Operations.
