T.j. McCallum

T.J. McCallum has a diverse work experience. From 2007 to 2015, T.J. worked at Microbac Laboratories, Inc., starting as a Molecular Biotech and later becoming the Microbiology/Molecular Department Manager. During this time, T.J. managed the quality systems to ISO 17025 standard and played a key role in establishing a strong quality system in each location that sustained the ISO accreditation.

From 2015 to 2019, T.J. took on the role of Regional Quality Manager, Southeast - Food & Nutrition at Microbac Laboratories, Inc. In this position, T.J. managed the quality systems for three Food & Nutrition laboratories in the Southeast region, ensuring ISO accreditation and promoting a focus on quality.

In 2020, T.J. joined Blount United Soccer Club as the Director Of Coaching. In this role, T.J. oversees the youth soccer club, including recreational and competitive teams, ranging from ages 4 to 19. T.J. is responsible for recruiting talented coaches and managing the operations of the club.

Prior to joining Microbac Laboratories, Inc., T.J. worked as an Analyst at Environmental Science Corp. from 2005 to 2007.

T.J. McCallum attended Battle Ground Academy from 1996 to 2001. From 2001 to 2005, they pursued their Bachelor's degree in Biology at Maryville College.
