Microban International
Brian Aylward has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Brian started their career in 1999 as a Process Development Engineer at Eastman Kodak Company. Brian then moved up the ranks and took on roles such as Capital Engineer and Process Engineer. Aylward also worked as a Product Development Engineer and Commercialization Manager. In 2009, they joined Teleflex Medical as a Formulation Consultant before moving to Carestream Health as a Research Associate. In 2011, Aylward joined Microban International, where they held positions as Director of Liquid Antimicrobial R&D and Senior Director of the Global Textiles Business. Most recently, they have taken on the role of Senior Director of Business Development at AEGIS® starting in 2021.
Brian Aylward pursued their education in a chronological manner. Brian began their educational journey in 1995 at the University at Buffalo, where they completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemical Engineering. After a gap of several years, from 1999 to 2016, they returned to pursue higher education. During this time, they joined the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and successfully completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in 2019, with a focus on Business.
