Director Of Business Development at Microban International

Steve Chaffin has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Steve began their career at Sherwin Williams in 1986, where they were recruited for their Management Training Program and later promoted to an outside sales position. Steve then worked at Crane Composites as a District Manager, overseeing a large sales territory and managing multiple distributors. In 1996, Steve joined Tuebingen Plastics Group as the VP of Sales and Marketing, successfully growing the business and eventually selling it to Hoover Material Handling Group. Steve went on to work at Hoover Material Handling Group as a Product Manager, responsible for managing the returnable packaging product lines. Steve then moved on to Reed Elsevier, where they started as a Regional Sales Manager and was promoted to Publisher. During their time at Reed Elsevier, Steve was chosen to attend executive management training at the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. In 2004, they joined Provident Business Group as the President-Principal, holding that position until 2008. Since then, Steve has held the role of Director of Business Development at both Microban International, Ltd. and Microban Products Company.

Steve Chaffin attended Muskingum University from 1982 to 1986, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business and Economics. Steve also pursued a double major, earning a Bachelor's degree and specializing in both Economics and Business.
